Diversified Pacific Partners has been a trusted advisor to privately-held companies delivering a wide range of business and financial services to a broad base of clients. Many of those clients have been family-held businesses that were considering a transition to the next generation or capital to achieve growth objectives, either organically or through acquisition, or in some cases, an exit strategy to provide liquidity.
Founded in 1986 by Thomas A. Janicki who remains as the Managing Partner, the firm continues to provide a hands-on fresh advisory perspective to achieve the best possible client outcome.

History of Service
For The last 37 Years, Diversified Pacific Partners has focused on putting the client first, providing service that has resulted in long-term working relationships in an effort to promote financial opportunity and sound economic growth for the business.
1986 - Diversified Pacific Partners founder and managing partner, Thomas A. Janicki, opens the Newport Beach, California office after providing corporate financial services in Wisconsin for a number of years.Based on the relationships Mr. Janicki had established in Wisconsin with national accounting, law, and consulting firms, the business grew quickly.The firm focuses on a very underserved niche in the market, providing M&A and corporate finance services to the small and medium-sized company.
2007 - DPP opens a branch office in Delafield, WI, to service a growing market in Wisconsin, primarily in the specialty manufacturing areas, distribution, and logistics industries.
2014 – Delafield, WI becomes the home office for DPP.
2023 - Today, the Delafield office is the exclusive home of DPP. Mr. Janicki continues to provide corporate finance and business advisory services to many of the same companies he has worked with for years, as well as advising new clients who are considering buying a company, selling a business, or are in need of new capital.
