Tom has been providing advisory and corporate finance services to companies for his entire career. Starting in the Midwest, he was a co-founder of an Investment Banking firm, and subsequently, opened the Newport Beach, California office of Diversified Pacific Partners.
Over the last 25 years, Tom has helped clients with strategies in managing and growing their business, including, acting in the role of interim CEO to achieve a targeted plan a Company wanted to implement. He has also served as a financial advisor to companies exploring a proposed sale or recapitalization of the business.
