  • After assessing the industry, we distributed the Investor Presentation to targeted financial partners. This resulted in a number of Term Sheets from interested groups. We modeled each offer to determine the risk-adjusted cost of capital, as well as the off-balance sheet value offered by each prospective partner. The process resulted in selecting and closing the transaction with an institutional financial partner that has allowed the Company to achieve significant growth in the size, breadth and profitability of its portfolio of personal consumer brands.
